The Best Watches of 2018 - Rolex Date Blue Dial, Tudor Date Day

Last year marked our first step into the watch blog universe. We got the chance to handle to extremely beautiful watches but two of them stand out to us as being our favourites.

The first was a Rolex Date reference 1500 with an amazing, and rare, blue dial. The blue dial really goes so well with the smooth gold bezel. It came with box and papers, and really was a site to behold. You can read its story here. It was the first watch we sourced and the first watch we sold so it really will always have a special place in our hearts as it marked the first step of our journey

The second was was a Tudor Date Day that was from a close friend who collects Rolex Daydate’s and Tudor Date-Day’s like it is his religion. He has had some pretty insane versions of these two references. This stainless steel Tudor was in insane condition and was hard to let go of for us. But, we know the new owner is happy.
