The Octo Finissimo Get Complicated, Geneva Watch Days 2021 - Bulgari

The Octo Finissimo Get Complicated, Geneva Watch Days 2021 - Bulgari

The Octo Finissimo has become a real icon for great watches released in recent years. It goes without saying but the Octo has really become a fan favourite for many reasons. Bulgari is building off of their success with the model and releasing some serious complications.

Bulgari was sometimes pushed aside in watchmaking discussions because many thought of them as just a jewelry company. Well if you were ever in doubt, they have released a beautiful WorldTimer and a Central Tourbillon at Geneva Watch Days.

The WorldTimer is plainly put, a really good looking watch. There is a stainless steel with blue dial version and a black DLC coated cased version with a black dial. They both run on the BVL257 and give you everything you really need for a WorldTimer.

The central Tourbillon is really what stole the show for me. The watch has a rose gold and black modif to it which obviously looks stunning. The central tourbillon is not a complication one sees often and is very difficult to execute from a watchmaking perspective. Bulgari executed flawlessly. They even created a jumping hour complication and a very unique way to tell the minutes.

All the details are in the video so be sure to check it out.

Enjoy!
